The penis is made up of three main cylinders. Two of which that are called the "Corpora Cavernosa." When aroused, these cylinders fill with blood, giving the male an erection.

To use the Break In Period simply take your Extender out of the package that was sent to you. Add enough bars to where you can easily apply the device to the penis without causing any kind of intense stretch. The 40 hour break in period should consist of wearing the device at very low tension simply to let your body adjust.
Do not add more bars. Simply use the screws at the bottom of the device to add more tension by screwing the bars up. You do not want to stretch to the maximum. Remember, the objective in this phase is to become comfortable with wearing the device.
Once you have completed your first 40 hours, you can begin adding more bars and applying more tension to the device.
Phase Two: Regular Stretching Routine
There are two ways in which you can complete the second phase. The first is the Fastsize Recommended Program.This program suggests that you wear the device 8 hours per day, 7 days a week, and add a .5cm bar every 7 days without fail. This program works for most FastSize customers and has been specifically designed to bring you the quickest results in the safest fashion.
However, if you are not able to complete the standard program due to time constraints or for any other reason, you can take part in the free-reign program.
Free Reign Program
Wear the Device 2-8 hours per day. During this program you will be adding a .5cm bar every 7 days or when it is comfortable to do so. If you need more time before you can add another bar, simply complete another 7 day stretch with the same tension as the week before. Once you are comfortable enough to upgrade, continue on with the program. If you need to take a day off from wearing the device, this will not diminish your results, just pick up where you left off.
This program fits 90% of user schedules and is the most commonly used by our clients. The results you experience will be proportional to the amount of time you put into wearing the device. For example, if you stretch 4 hours per day, your growth will happen 50% slower than if you stretched 8 hours per day.
Ancillary and Program Bonuses
Using our Post Stretching Cream and using our Jelqing program will improve results significantly. All new users should use the cream and Jelqing program for at least the first 30 days as an adjunct to the regular Extender program.
